Here at Blue Sky Event Hire, we recognize that certain items of furniture and equipment are hired by our clients for their use at exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, sports events and other professional occasions.

It’s important for these clients to not only utilize the very best pieces of temporary equipment but also to add their company branding, logo or messages to the furniture to really make an impact and keep everything in line with their corporate identity.

That’s why we offer our logo branding service.  On certain items in our range, it is possible to add your company logo such as on bar units, display showcases and other equipment.

This is done by us applying a printed, low tack vinyl to the front of the furniture in advance of it arriving with you on site.  We often get asked if you can brand the items yourself.  The answer is yes, but there is always a risk with this as if you use the wrong type of vinyl adhesive, it will damage the unit, and you will be liable for a replacement fee.  Our logo branding service at Blue Sky Event Hire, therefore, provides you with a hassle-free solution at a great price.

Simply call us when you are placing your order and let us know what you need in terms of your branding requirements.  You will need to provide us with;

– A hi-res logo (minimum 300dpi), in PSD, PDF or AI format, by email

– A minimum of 21 days lead time to produce the vinyl & apply to your equipment.

The cost of this service starts from £75.00 per item, and varies according to specific requirements and logo / branding.  We will provide you with a specific quote for the work by email as soon as you let us know your requirements.
